Isla’s POV

I could hardly believe how my mother had threatened to kill Aaron’s father. I knew he deserved to be punished for his part, but I hadn't expected her to go all crazy like that. I was glad Aaron and Nigel could put Leon in the cells for now. He needed to face his actions the same way that Mrs Jenkins had.

"Luna Isla. Listen. I need to tell you something important.” Sasha said quietly, interrupting my thoughts as we walked together.

“What is it?” I asked, glancing at her and noticing how worried she seemed. I waited for her to answer, not expecting what came out of her...
