MONTANA'S POV

Alpha Lincoln was unbelievable, and he was beginning to get on my nerves. I am literally trying so hard to make everything work.

It is like he is just holding back, and I have no idea why. We are fantastic today, the next day we are like strangers, nothing is just certain.

I am trying to understand him, I am ignoring how cold and rude he is to me sometimes just because I want this to work, us to work.

I don't even know what is happening anymore, I am putting down my pride and dignity for him, but it is like he just does not see me...
