"Boss." Amanda called Nathaniel who was engrossed in the file to divert his mind from the repeated nettle in his chest.

"Hmm?" Humming, he tried to focus on the file and nothing else.

"The semi annual audit is coming soon." She trailed off nervously, preparing herself before speaking the next words.

"Hmm. I know." He responded, without looking up.

"What are you going to do with Zariah?" She asked hesitantly, halting his functions on the mention of her name.
