"That won't be a problem?" Marcus stammered in a question.

He still had hopes of getting Jessica which made him delay his wedding with Gold. She had been pestering him about it but he always found the perfect excuse for her. Hearing the news that Jessica might have had a child got him all jittery.

"Yes, we have not told anyone this arises from Papa but Jessica is pregnant. We only confirmed it recently" Xavier explained squeezing Jessica's hands in her lap.

"You confirmed it? I thought it was a marriage by agreement and one of the clauses was against physical contact?"
