She turned her head, her view slightly obscured by a strand of her hair. “Sorry, but… I can’t tell you. I just want to talk about it with Scott.”

“I assume Scott didn’t know about it yet.”

Ciara nodded.

“Are you planning to tell him this?” he asked again.
