After Victoria’s conversations with her mom she still wasn’t convinced enough not to meet with Bella. She thought they still had a lot to talk about. After sending the message to Bella she kept staring at her phone like she was expecting a reply, but there was no reply until she fell asleep, the moment she fell asleep her phone buzzed twice, there was a reply from Bella.
