CHAPTER 3

They pulled up to the front of the motel and Doug glanced over at Lily, giving her the opportunity to back out. “Are you sure you want to do this?” He asked, his deep voice flowing with desire.

“I’m more than sure,” Lily replied, grinning at Doug.

Doug nodded, his eyes lit up with excitement. “I’ll go book us into a room,” he said. “You just wait here. I’ll be right back.”

Doug opened the driver’s side door and disappeared into the front office of the red brick motel. Lily sighed deeply, her mind racing. Would she know what to do? Would she make a fool of herself?...
