I said as I pulled Alice off the floor and gently wiped away the dust on her dress. When I met Emily's gaze I felt guilty for my out bust but I couldn't back down now.

The formality in her tune when she called me Alpha Calvin made me uncomfortable but there was nothing I could do, I endured it and pulled Alice away.
