Beth couldn't help but think about how life in the city would be like after being away for almost a year.

Somehow, she has gotten used to staying in the pack and returning to the city only felt like a distance dream to her.

She arrived there with nothing and bonded with a few people who genuinely cared for her in the mist of people who wanted her blood to be spilled.

Even though it has been her dream to return, she still can’t help but feel sad about leaving. Especially now that things were starting to look good for her.
