It was a Saturday morning in New York City, and Xavier was still sleeping peacefully on his bed, not minding the fact that it was almost nine a.m. Saturday being a weekend, he didn't need to bother himself; if it were other days, he would have probably been at work before nine a.m. unless he had something to take care of before heading to work.

As he was lying on the bed, the morning sun started penetrating through the transparent window, projecting directly onto his face.

Groaning tiredly, he tried getting up from the bed to go and close the window, and immediately he felt a little body lying beside...
