Delaney's POV

Ryder raced with me on his back for hours, I didn't want it to stop, sadly, I became sleepy that my eyelids were closing on their own. Strangely, feeling the air through my hair made me yearn for something. I don't know what I'm longing for, but I feel like it's there, barely out of reach, I just need to grab onto it. Furthermore, I'm beginning to love our runs with Ryder, something about it seems thrilling. It made me feel like I'm home like I'm whole.

I'm guessing I fell asleep at some point, I felt Rakel carry me home, he took off my clothes and draped...
