On Friday, Adrian goes to Tiago and repeats Carmen's request to let Pamela come to tomorrow's barbecue.

Tiago's reaction is instantaneous: folding his arms and narrowing his eyes. "Dude, what is this crazy idea?"

"My girlfriend asked for this favor." Adrian confidently explains, "She thinks that with the excellent results I bring to the company, I could have that right."

Tiago breaks his frown and laughs. "Are you still new to the company and talking about the results you've brought?"

"Well, I'm specifically referring to the real estate agent and the new location for the Silva Constructions headquarters."

"That's still up to us to decide." Tiago smiles from the corner...
