When Vernon shows up at Silva Constructions, Carmen welcomes him as the efficient secretary she is. "Good morning, Mr. Queiroz. Would you like to speak with Mr. Rocha?"

"That's right, miss. Is it possible?"

"I'll call that secretary of his," Carmen speaks with some disdain.

When he knocks on the door to Josias's room, Ernesto opens it and frowns when he sees her. "What is it now?"

"What's this bad mood early in the morning?" Carmen teases him, "Josias's stepfather wants to see him."
