Josias approaches and greets him: "As always, you are carefree with your crossword puzzle.

Teodoro raises his head. "Josias! How are you, son?"

Josias jokes, "Are you willing to hear something new? Although it may not be news to you."

Teodoro giggles. "One of these days you'll kill my heart with so much bombshell news.

Josias laughs, too, then speaks solemnly. "Did you know that this place, Happiness Slum, belongs to the Bento family?"
