"Wait a minute, am I still drunk?" He asks outrageously, "Do you want me to marry Vera like we're in the 19th century?"

"If we were in the 19th century, you would already be dead!" Beto roars.

"Stop talking about death, for God's sake!" Vera begs and covers her ears with her hands.

"Vera, let's let them both sort themselves out!" Teodoro decides.

Wallace widens his eyes. If they leave him and Beto alone, his furious brother will kill him!
