On Sunday, Pamela was comfortably watching television sitting upside down on the sofa, still in her socks and warm clothes, as the night was cold. Beto approaches and sits beside her giving her a blanket.
"Aren't you going to your sister's wedding?" Pamela dares to ask.
"You know damn well I don't agree to this marriage, dear." Beto leans against her, putting his left arm around her, "Rosemary is sleeping."
"Although I hate Vera, I think you should go. She'll think I influenced you."
Beto kisses his wife's forehead. "Let her say what she wants. I've already demonstrated my opinion."
