In Saint Gabriel, Adrian and Bruno are closing the sale of a house. They are standing next to Bruno's car. He is using the hood of the car to fill out the paperwork for the sale of the property to the client.

Bruno is quite pleased, "See, Adrian, how easy it is to close a sale?"

Adrian replies not so excited, "It's not that easy. You had to work a little on your persuasion."

Bruno gives a mischievous little smile. "Believe me, my friend: I have had more difficult customers. But when the client really wants to buy a house, there's not much you can do."
