ALPHA AIDEN'S POV :

"Why did you come back?" Liam growled, his voice deep and menacing.

I was taken aback, surprised by his hostility. I had never expected such a reaction from my bestfriend.

"Of course I came back to my pack," I said, looking at him to see if maybe he had hit his head somewhere.

Liam continued to glare at me, his expression unchanged. Just as I was about to speak again, he suddenly broke out into a grin.
