I was about to run but then, I saw the magic book laying on the ground while Magaritha was still making a spell. I was caught between saving my life and attempting to rescue the magic book which was much close to Magaritha. Amid my hesitation to run away, the Alpha called out again as Magaritha's threats grew.

"What the hell are you waiting for? I thought I told you to run away? Why the delay now?" His face was not bright, not at all, as he queried. I was also uncertain about how to explain to him my reason for hesitating.
