ARIA’s POV

“Okay, at this point, this is just scary. Where are you taking me?” After forty minutes of walking, I was sick of the silence and snapped.

“We’re here already. Go in,” Logan directed to a cabin I hadn’t noticed was right before us. I was too buried in thoughts to see it.

I took one proper look at the place. “Hell no! Have you lost your mind?” I protested. “This place doesn’t look like it has been inhabited by anyone in decades. Why would you even…” my lips froze when it finally caught up with my brain.

‘Was Logan trying to kill me? Perhaps, make me a sacrifice...
