Kalev held onto me for dear life. He was holding me so tightly I could barely breathe. After a bit, I released myself from him.
“Your house killed the flora wolves,” I told him. I refused to let the tears fall from my eyes, even though my heart was aching. I had to stay strong. This wasn’t the time to be weak.
