The two men behind Viktor didn’t move. Not at first. Instead, they looked at Viktor. Annoyed, Viktor rolled his eyes.

It was typical Viktor, forcing two men to fight his fight for him. My blood boiled. There was nothing I wanted more than to take down Viktor. Seeing the last flash of life in his eyes would be vindicating.

Knowing what I knew now, that Viktor had been hunting flora wolves, that he’d been siphoning the energy out of innocent wolves, I hated him with a deep hatred.

But he was sending in these men to do his dirty work. So I had to take care of them...
