Senna’s POV
I couldn’t stop thinking about what Isolde had said. We all sat down and fruit grew in the corner of the cave. Fresh fruit, sweet and ripe.
“The island is feeding us,” Kalev said.
“Did you design that?” I asked.
He shook his head.
Maybe the island was starting to think for itself. The words sat somewhere unpleasant beneath my ribs. What did that mean?
