Mr Williams stared at the lady in the locked cell, who was drawing small lines on the wall that she failed to notice his presence.

He shook the iron bars which made a rattling noise, Jane snapped her head to him immediately.

The mayor's face scrunched in disgust at her unkempt state. Jane got up from the cold floor and walked slowly towards him.

She dragged her feet slowly which were bounded by heavy chains.
