Parker backed Talia up against the elevator wall and pressed his body against her before lowering his mouth and kissing her.
“No second thoughts,” he murmured against her lips.
“Good,” she replied as the elevator dinged, signaling that they’d reached their floor.
The doors opened and Parker tugged her out and along the hall to their apartment.
When had it become ‘their’ apartment? He didn’t know, but it didn’t offend him when he thought of it that way. She would live with him for the foreseeable future and…he didn’t hate it.
Once they were inside and the door was closed and locked, Parker backed Talia up against the kitchen counter....
