Azlynn’s P.O.V.

The scene in front of me changed so quickly that it felt like I was hallucinating. Xavion’s black wolf was attacked from all the sides, punishing him for protecting me from their deadly claws.

He faced them bravely and sank his sharp teeth deep into one attacker’s neck, ending his life in a single jerk. That ruffian howled in pain and collapsed, sending a jolt of electricity on the battlefield. Another wolf growled,

“You are the north king, yet your citizens aren’t safe from your bloodlust. It’s a solid proof that you aren’t fit to sit on the throne, Alpha Xavion.”
