"Mr. Darwin, your wife's physique is not that strong to give birth to kids effortlessly so the child birth was originally going to be hard but now... She just had to fall, it's already a miracle a miscarriage hasn't happened yet, the baby is quite eager to survive." The doctor explained calmly.

This situation was new to him and the families reaction wasn't always funny so he could understand Darwin.
