DARIUS
I looked into Hazel's green eyes, and her hand on my hair slipped off.
“Is it going to be a long trip? Tiring?” She asked, and I gave a sigh. Getting to my feet, she stepped back, and I walked to a sofa, patting the space next to me.
She sat right where I asked her to sit. “For some reason, you seem a little, uh, sad?” She said, and I leaned back on the sofa, crossing my legs as I watched her.
Through her peripheral view, she glanced at me, before clearing her throat. A smile crept up my lips as I saw her ear growing...
