CHAPTER FIFTY-NINE

XANDER

I looked at Darius, who didn't even notice Melissa and Hazel were too close. He was busy checking the wedding dresses around.

I decided to do the ‘watching’ for him. Seeing Melissa so close to Hazel bothered me. Everyone knew what a snake Melissa could be. 

Hazel said something, but I couldn't catch it because their voices were too low, and I didn't want to use my abilities. It would mean eavesdropping.

Hazel left Melissa's side, and I saw Melissa clench her knuckles, as she watched Hazel continue to gaze at the wedding dresses. 

I kept my eyes on Hazel, throughout, unable to stop staring at her....
