After parting ways with Jonathan at his restaurant that evening, I headed straight home because I didn't want to keep Tina waiting. She'd come all this way for me afterall.

Parking my car at the garage, I hopped out; making my way into the house to be welcomed by Tina who I'd expected to see splayed across the couch in the living room but she wasn't there.

"Tina?" I called out, moving from the kitchen to the bedroom but she wasn't there either. "Tina, are you home?"
