"Hey, Dad" I greet over the phone the next morning outside Asher's room. "How is Mom?"

"She just put to bed a some few minutes ago"

I gasped, emotional. "Really?"

"Yes" Dad acknowledged. "You have a younger brother now"

"I can't wait to see him"

"And Asher?" Dad asks. "How is he?"

Dad was actually the one who had convinced me to leave the hospital and be by Asher's side last night.

I was hesitant and didn't wamt to leave until Mom's friends; Miss Micheal, uncle Fredinard, Jen, Ciel and Becky had arrived to keep Dad company.

"He's hanging in there" I admit.
