The hand was raised as if whoever it belonged to was about to knock when Kira pulled the door open, and it nearly seemed like the knock would have landed on Kira's forehead if the person hadn't halted.

"Lythari?"

"Yes," Lythari responded, lowering her hand. "I was just about to knock."

"Figured," Kira muttered and stepped outside, closing the door as Lythari moved aside to give her space. "So, what brings you here? I didn't think you would be coming to see me again today."
