"That's the only way to save us both, Brianna."

I looked at him with annoyance. I feel so disappointed. I thought he won't control and manipulate me? I thought he's different but I think all men are just the same.

He was taken aback as if he realized what he did. He took a step closer to me.

"Brianna, don't take this the wrong way…"

"Of all people…" I lifted my face to look him in the eyes. "Rogue, I thought you love me genuinely?"

"I love you genuinely, Brianna. I am in love with you…"

"Then why are you manipulating me?"

He swallowed hard and stepped back....
