Ishu woke up and found herself on his shoulders. She suddenly stood up and her head started spinning fast. It started to hurt like hell. She held her head to help it to soothe but nothing worked.

Arjun stood behind her and forwards a glass of water with a painkiller tablet without any words spoken. She took that instantly and laid down for a few minutes and her pain reduced instantly.
