As soon as my Mom was out of the woods her first request was to see Brenda, there was no abating her request.

 

"I've already told her the truth-"

 

"Which is exactly why I want to see her so that she will not leave you, "She cut into my speech.

 

"I loved your father but I can't imagine staying with him after hearing such a thing from him,"

 

My head fell, technically I still didn't tell her the truth only half of it, but what was I to do?

 

I didn't want Mom to be any more stressed than she already was so I only made one request...
