The grape was barely swallowed before Liam’s hand slid from my knee to the inside of my thigh, warm and deliberate.
“Equal attention, right?” Jace said lazily, his voice a smooth drawl—but his hand was still higher than it had any right to be, fingertips brushing heat I was trying to ignore.
I laughed, but it came out thinner than I wanted. “You guys are ridiculous.”
“Ridiculous?” Liam smirked. “That’s what you call it?”
“I call it harassment,” I shot back, mostly because my brain needed the cover of sarcasm.
