When I got to the office the client was already there waiting for me. I never liked my client getting to the meeting before as it may give the client the impression that I didn't value them.

“Sorry for the delay, Mr Wood. Hope you did wait too long?”

“Not at all, I just arrived a few minutes ago. I made you come out earlier.”

“Well we're here now, let's talk business.”
