The business trip was unplanned, if I had a choice, I would have chosen not to go. Leaving Alex and Yvonne alone made me uncomfortable. The rest of the time away I spent it coming up with different scenarios in my head of various things that could happen. 

I still didn't know how I made it through the few days I spent there, luckily I had everything in order and didn't not pay much attention if not with the way things were I wouldn't have achieved anything with how worried I was about the whole thing.
