Time had flown by and now I had to go back to part-time work again. I was on my way to the restaurant and had deliberately taken a shift at nine in the morning, to pass the time since I had not studied after the exam. I looked at the scenery outside the car window. I was glad that the road was not congested, because the workers who worked in the office would have left early to avoid being late at work.

I read the message sent by Sammy: Honey, what time do you get off from work? I will pick you up.
