Afterwards we were sitting on the couch, having a glass of wine. Aly had snuggled in next to me, my arm around her, like we'd been doing it for years. And I admit, it felt damn good.

She looked over at Vicky, who was sitting at the other end of the sectional with Jen. "Are they always like that?"

She chuckled. "God, yes. It's how I win so much." She smiled over her shoulder at her wife. "I just play them off against each other, and they ignore me. I can do whatever I want."
