Megan laughed. "You're all pipsqueaks compared to me, pregnant or not."
It was true. At five-nine I was tall, but Megan was six-one in flats. She was also broad shouldered and strong, and had been since we were kids. And she hated bullies. No one had been surprised when she'd become a cop.
