"Hey, how was your session?" Jane asked, smiling as she held the door open for Lia.

Lia sighed and walked past her into the living room, tossing her bag on the couch. She slumped on another couch and closed her eyes, holding her head.

That had been the longest ride of her life. Fernando had eventually listened to her and driven the rest of the way home in silence but she felt like he was just a volcano waiting to erupt.
