"Would you look at that?"

Indistinct chatter pulled me out of my sleep and into a hazy consciousness.

"Mmm... Five more minutes, mom," a husky voice grumbled besides me.

A pair of arms strengthened around me, pulling me closer.

"I told you we should've came later," a male's voice sounded in the room.

This time, a female's voice spoke. "But they said he finally woke up. I just wanted to see him."

My eyes opened lazily to see Eliza and Keinan standing a few feet away from the bed.

When I realized what was going on, I quickly sat up and pulled myself out of bed, much to Daniel's dismay....
