“Lucian, since you’re back,” she said, pretending to pout, “can you please talk to Kairo Jet for me?”
Lucian arched a brow. “What’s wrong with him now?”
“He says he can’t sleep here. Wants to go back to Flourish Garden—says he only feels comfortable in his own bed.”
Lucian, still seething from what had happened with Hope Newton, wasn’t in the mood to care about anything else.
“Then let him go,” he said flatly. “As long as he finishes the script.”
