As my sister dragged me out of the principal's office, I continued to fake cry, trying to get out of the situation.

When she stopped and asked, "Home or class?" my eyes darted towards the classroom and then back to our car.

If I was going to meet Richard today, I thought it best to go home and get prepared.

Before I could answer, my sister barked, "Answer me!"

I flinched and managed to say, "Home."
