Penny remained silent, and her inaction was starting to get on my nerves. I felt like shaking her and telling her to just speak up already.

“Penny!” The principal called out to her again, and she slowly made her way to him.

As she approached, I watched her swallow hard, her eyes darting to her sister. Then, tears began to well up in her eyes, and she started crying.

I couldn't help but shake my head in disgust. Penny's sister rushed to her side, hugging her and whispering words of comfort.

"Shh, you don't need to cry. Don't let them bully you, okay?" she said, rubbing Penny's back....
