"Is he okay?" Diane inquired, as she rubbed her arms softly.
"Mom, you need to calm down, please. At least eat something, Bryan wouldn't like to see you in this condition," Stephanie complained, as she hugged her mother closely.
"I can't eat with all those pipes connected to his body. I'm so scared, I can't lose any of my children," she voiced her fear.
"Bryan is a fighter, he'll be fine. Just be strong," Stephanie assured her mommy, and she nodded slowly.
She had to be strong for her children. Bryan wasn't going to die on her, and that's one thing she strongly believed, even as fear gnawed...
