“What do you mean the twins found it?” I panicked, already turning and heading towards Mum’s room before anyone could answer me.

“Alex, Alvin” I called out frantically, pushing Mum’s room door open.

“Mummy” they both yelled in unison running into my outstretched arms, the impact of the both of them on me at once, throwing me off balance a little.

“Are you both okay?” I asked pulling back a little to take a good look at them as they snuggled comfortably into me. They looked okay physically but the fear in their eyes couldn’t be missed.
