NADIA'S POV

I stand on the balcony, arms crossed, staring at the dark sky above. The wind whips through my hair. Everything feels heavy, like the sky itself is holding its breath. It's been a week since Octavia underwent the vampire ritual but still nothing, she still lies motionless in bed, only difference now is she's breathing, her hair has turned completely white now and all her wounds have healed up leaving behind just scars.
