Knox was at the window when I walked into the private lounge, a wine glass in hand, eyes fixed outside at something I couldn't see.
I paused, my fingers tight on my purse, heat rising in my throat for absolutely no reason.
"You asked to see me," I said, my voice lower than I intended.
He turned. His eyes moved over me once before settling on my face.
"You seem quite comfortable with Anthony," he said, "for a woman who's already married."
